			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I love a good what we&#8217;ve done and why we did it article.  It&#8217;s fascinating to see what&#8217;s been prioritised in a release and what the team feel their audience want next.</p>
<p>To an extent this is testament to how far we have come and encouraging for anyone involved in UCD that organisations are starting to recognise users and their opinions in the design cycle.</p>
